I have found that I'm probably still making as much stuff at home as I did before. It's just easier to get the ingredients. I used to make my own keto pizzas (which my non-keto wife preferred to the regular kind) but when I found Quest pizzas in the frozen section of the store, I decided to give up spending two hours start-to-finish on my own pizzas. Alas, Quest pizzas were discontinued. So I'm back to spending two hours making pizza or just eating the tops off regular pizza.
It has been easier to find more varieties of pork rinds and I don't have to buy xanthan gum by the pound anymore, which is nice. Aldi sells keto clusters of seeds and something that makes a nice change of pace when I want a dessert. But I've largely avoided things like keto cake mixes and keto flour. I guess even the regular varieties of those products were in regular rotation around here, so, for me, why start now?
