Nice beginning of a forum here. Hope it does take off. There are other groups long established for over a decade. If this forum came out in 2019 or 2020, it would of taken off like a rocket as people were shut in during covid.

A majority of Gluten sensitive or gluten IBS people follow a loose keto diet. I'm one of them. And others are on GF or keto diets to limit their exposure to Helicobacter pylori (aka Hpylori) as grains tend to flair up the problems.

If people would understand, the life health is found in the gut. You are what you eat.

Nice to meet you, stev.

I still remember a line in one of the Star Trek movies in which the doctor discovers that back in the late 20th century healing people required cutting them open and decrying the barbarism of that approach (just as we today find quaint the use of leeches a few centuries earlier). I am fully convinced that, for as much as modern medicine has accomplished, we know only a little about how the body works. Listening to ourselves, I think, is a good step in the right direction.

I hope to see more posts from you!
