Keeping your electrolytes balanced while living a KETO lifestyle is something you absolutely MUST do, or you will not feel well.

You must ensure you are getting enough sodium, potassium, and magnesium.

My regular meals keep me in check without supplements, but if I do a lot of walking or hiking, I drink pickle juice (yes, really) to avoid leg cramps.
