How can you blend your Keto lifestyle into the family without having to cook a different meal for yourself and another for your family?
It is easier than most people might think.
My favorite approach is to cook a keto-friendly main dish and serve it with a side dish high in carbs for non-keto family members.
For example, the main dish might be any grilled or roasted meat or fish with a salad and add a side dish such as mashed potatoes and dinner rolls for non-keto family members. This way, everyone can enjoy the same meal with different options to suit their dietary needs.
What ways have you found to make this easier for you?
