For now in the morning when my spouse is getting dressed, hair washed and dried poofed up, I get on my stationary cycle for 30 min.
Only been doing it for a week now, but seems to work out well.
As I have back issues biking is recomended not to hurt my condition, and it seems it doesn't.

It comes down to finding ways to help keep you moving each day in the best manner for you.

I use my watch to remind me multiple times daily to get off my tush and move. Yes, I yell at it now and then. :)
