Knowing the benefits of KETO/LCHF and actually getting started living the lifestyle can be very different things. Not everyone wants to have to count and track everything, let alone figure out their macros. Keeping it simple is the very best way to get started!

You can always fine-tune things later if you choose to do so. :)

Chose Your Protein
Beef, Pork, Poultry, Organ Meats, Eggs, Fish & Seafood​
Choose Above Ground Vegetable
Leafy Greens, Asparagus, Cauliflower, Broccoli​
Choose Healthy Fats
Real Butter, Avacado, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Heavy Cream, Full-fat cheese​
